For Bikes
Returned items must be in new condition with their original packaging and unassembled. Purchases must be returned within 30 days.
Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are not refundable. Please also note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, you may receive a credit to royalbabyglobal.com in place of a refund.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which may be obtained by contacting RoyalBaby Customer Service at service@royal-bike.com. Our service team will take care of your return request in 12 hours.
Please add the RMA# to the outside of the box you are returning. Failure to provide an RMA number with return items may be subject to no refund for your returns. Please be sure to use a secure shipping method to send the item, so that it may be tracked. RoyalBaby will not be responsible for items lost during shipping and cannot process your return until the item is received.
Any large package surcharge charged at checkout is non-refundable.
Returns and refusal of delivery will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Products weighing over 27 pounds or with wheel sizes of 18-inch and larger are subject to a large package surcharge.
The $15 large package surcharge charged at checkout is non-refundable.

Any replacement parts ordered online or over the phone with a representative are considered final. Defective Product
