Cancellation Policy

If you'd like to make changes to your order, you must do so within 1 hour from the time you submit your order by contacting RoyalBaby Customer Service or calling 1-888-881-BIKE(2453).
PLEASE NOTE - Order changes can only be made during Customer Service business hours. Customer Service hours are 8:00 am CST - 5:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday. These changes include cancellation requests, address changes, upgraded shipping or adding items to your order.
